Entries received by Ampere Media LLC from all eligible participants during said time will be entered in the Prize Drawing for that quarter. Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries cumulatively submitted and received during that month. The prize for a particular prize drawing will be specified in the offer. Ampere Media LLC reserves the right to substitute for any prize in the form of cash or gift certificate in an amount equal to the retail value of said prize. The approximate retail value of each prize ranges from $199.96 - $300.00 a month. Selection of prize winner(s) is made under the supervision of Ampere Media LLC, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Prize Drawing. Any winner will be notified in writing within 2 weeks of selection. Winner may be required, at discretion of Ampere Media LLC, to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release & where legally permissible a Publicity Release within 14 days of date on notification. No substitution, transfer or assignment of prizes by winner permitted. If prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and Ampere Media LLC may, at its sole discretion, award that prize to an alternate winner. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, misdirected entries, for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any human error that may occur in the receipt or processing of the online entries in this Prize Drawing. Authorized e-mail account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for arranging e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Ampere Media LLC does not assume any responsibility for any computer injury or damage related to or resulting from accessing and/or downloading any Prize Drawing material.
